آیا این بازیکن می‌تونه با کلیک راست روی نقشه teleport کنه؟

| playerid | ID بازیکنی که اجازه teleport بهش داده شه. |

## مقادیر برگشتی

**true** - بازیکن اجازه داره.

**false** - بازیکن اجازه نداره.
