## توضیحات

این تابع متن رو توسط bot ارسال می‌کنه، درست مثل [SendPlayerMessageToAll](https://omp.itsneufox.com/fa/docs/scripting/functions/SendPlayerMessageToAll)، ولی این تابع برای استفاده در NPC script ها هست.
