# IsGangZoneFlashingForPlayer

## Description

Check if the gangzone is flashing for player.

| Name | Description |
| --- | --- |
| playerid | The ID of the player to be checked. |
| zoneid | The ID of the gangzone. |

## Returns

**true** - The gangzone is flashing for player.

**false** - The gangzone is not flashing for player.
